Nice to meet you – my name is Melanie. With genuine care, heartfelt passion and a never-ending fascination for the female body & mind, I am happy to guide you on your own unique journey to optimal well-being. I believe everything in our system is connected. That’s why I approach my work in a holistic way: merging ancient Eastern practices with modern science. A beautiful mix of breathwork, yoga & movement, (Ayurvedic) nutrition, energetic practices and mindfulness.
Besides yoga, breathwork and mindfulness, I am specialised in women's health - especially the hormonal and nervous system. Together we explore what challenges you might be facing, which message your body might be communicating to you, and what practical tips & practices might be helpful for you to bring harmony & balance back into the body, mind and soul.
