Soundhealing Space is een warme en veilige ruimte speciaal voor vrouwen, waar je in een privé en intieme sfeer soundhealing mag ervaren. De sessie wordt afgestemd op jouw behoefte en kan alleen plaatsvinden of samen met vriendinnen, collega’s of familie.
We starten met een kort gesprekje en rustgevende thee. Daarna lig je comfortabel met een oogkussen en dekentje en word je via een korte meditatie en klanken uitgenodigd om te vertragen, uit het hoofd te zakken en weer contact te maken met je lichaam. Klank en trilling ondersteunen diepe ontspanning en helpen spanning in het zenuwstelsel los te laten.
Ceremoniële cacao kan als optie worden toegevoegd. De cacao is speciaal afgestemd op vrouwen en werkt zacht hartopenend en rustgevend.
Naast soundhealing biedt Soundhealing Space ook klankschaalmassages aan. Hierbij worden de klankschalen op en rondom het lichaam geplaatst. Dit geeft een nog dieper ontspannende werking.
