Warm, nourishing spaces where you can slow down, land in your body, feel playful, and reconnect with your heart.
Hi, I am Katleen. I love creating warm, nourishing spaces where people can slow down, land in their body, and reconnect with their heart.
My work is rooted in movement and embodiment, creating a safe place to soften, to feel, and to be present with what is. A space where you can sink into your body, sense yourself more clearly, and move from a place of authenticity.
I am deeply passionate about movement and dance as gateways to connection, with yourself and with others. Not as performance, but as a lived, felt experience. A place where safety, freedom and presence meet.
Through my sessions, I invite people to come home into their body. To listen. To trust what they feel. To experience the body as a source of grounding, aliveness and inner guidance. From there, connection unfolds naturally, with yourself, with others, with the moment.
My work is informed by movement exploration, somatic practices, intuitive dance, bodywork and embodied presence. I am inspired by the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of sensation, and the beauty of moving together, across genders, identities and stories.
I love co-creating spaces with other facilitators and artists. FreeFlow Lab is a living, evolving format, where each edition is shaped together.
