Welcome to the "Authentic Touch," a dedicated space for exploring connections through mindful touch experiences. This workshop offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of personal boundaries, desires, and the creation of meaningful connections in a supportive and respectful environment.
Touch is my primary love language, and I can't seem to get enough of it. I love both receiving and giving touch. Sometimes, I feel touch-deprived, and many people have shared similar feelings over the past few years.
Curious about this, I came across a study revealing that:
- 54% of people feel they don’t receive enough touch in their lives
- The main reasons are consent issues and a lack of social interaction.

This workshop is a fluid mix of authentic relating and consent games. It is a space for people who want to learn how to give informed and embodied consent, to be authentic, curious and playful. Learn to ask and learn to listen.

Daphné Sarpyener is a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, possibility coach and Intimacy Activist. She facilitated more than 50 creative and relational workshops, around the world, in different communities. Last year, she organized, with her collective ARC en Lien, the first French speaking authentic relating festival in Paris (which was sold out). She currently lives in Belgium where she’s building a community for intimacy practitioners. In her workshops, she focuses on giving the space for the audience to ground, feel and connect. It isn’t so much about a teaching but rather about the experience of being authentically alive now.
