Series of games designed to create heart to heart connections in order to catalyse new possibilities for deeper relating. AR is a practice of presence & slowness, acceptance & self-love, noticing thoughts and feelings, revealing and being seen.

13.00: Opening doors, arrival
13.30: Hard close of the doors. Opening circle, setting group rules.
14.00: Consent games, authentic relating, touch games
16.30: Closing of the workshop

- We don’t curate a gender balance. You fit in this workshop if you are happy with any person doing exercises with you.
- This workshop is not about nudity or eroticism; it focuses on cultivating meaningful connections through touch.

Daphné Sarpyener is a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, possibility coach and Intimacy Activist. She facilitated more than 50 creative and relational workshops, around the world, in different communities. Last year, she organized, with her collective ARC en Lien, the first French speaking authentic relating festival in Paris (which was sold out). She currently lives in Belgium where she’s building a community for intimacy practitioners. In her workshops, she focuses on giving the space for the audience to ground, feel and connect. It isn’t so much about a teaching but rather about the experience of being authentically alive now.

At first, it was difficult for me as in previous events that I attended was with my ex girlfriend and this is the only event with complete strangers and for me coming out of comfort zone/box was difficult, but I wanted to do it.
