Simplicity: 5Rhythms movement sessions

Over dit evenement

Simplicity. When I don't overthink but follow my intuition.
When I allow myself to be surprised
by my own choices.
Simple - what to wear, what to eat.
Whether to put make up. Or not.

When I am attracted to the Moon,
half covered by traveling clouds,
when I am enchanted by a leaf falling,
when I am fascinated by a sound of my steps.
At night.
Or breath.

When I buy one extra candle and stay awake longer,
just to enjoy it.
When I am me, and not a yearning for what used to be.

Simple. Embodied. Ritual.
Let's kick some a**!
See you on a dance floor! ShowUP!

❤ Mia
