Out of a love for movement, connection, and the courage to begin again, Begin. was born.
Our vision is to create spaces where people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover play, without pressure, without performance. A space where every body is welcome, exactly as it is.
Begin. weaves together 9 years of experience in Movement Culture, Contact Improvisation, Fighting Monkey, and Zen meditation: playful, embodied practices rooted in a deep understanding of the body. 🌿
Here, you're invited not only to move, but to return; to yourself, to others, and to the natural rhythm you carry within.
It is a place of curiosity, softness, and strength. A playground where beginning is celebrated, not perfection.
Based in Ghent, Belgium, with sessions, workshops, and gatherings throughout the year; as well as retreats in places like Spain, Portugal, and the Czech Republic.
