Over dit evenement
Hey dear movers,
Winter's grip loosens. In our bodies, we feel the warmth returning, slow but steady, pushing through the cold in our bones. The spring equinox approaches, day and night in balance, and this is the moment we've chosen to offer you an afternoon and evening where you can land, play, and above all, move together on deep melodies and groovy beats, influenced by afroclub, house and trancy music.
Losgehen is a spring celebration for people who sense that things can be different. Softer. More human. With more aliveness.
When you feel stuck between going faster and slowing down. Losgehen is where movement becomes momentum, a space to shake off what no longer serves you and step into spring with your whole body.
Not a workshop. Not a performance. A half-day where we move, laugh, ground ourselves, and celebrate that change runs through the body too.
■ What to expect? ■
- Guided movement sessions (accessible, playful, no pressure)
- Moving on to a guided space to dance, express, encounter and find rythm
- Nuroushing food
- Dance party
Sober/substance-free
Clear but warm holding
A celebration of beginning, not perfection
You come as you are.
You leave with more courage and appetite for what's ahead.
Everyone moves. In their own way.
♫ Music ♫
A conversation in sound.
A gradual ignition.
An unfolding.
Expect depth before climax.
Space before sweat.
And a dancefloor that grows from the inside out.
♫ Flameboi × Stressed Out (possible back 2 back)
We might be in for something special.
- Flameboi brings downtempo, minimal and floating beats: spacious, subtle, warm. Music that breathes. Music that invites you inward before it moves you outward.
- Stressed Out (Cisse Deckers) moves through genres on instinct, slipping past category and expectation. Non-conforming. Slow-burn. Guided by mood over preference. Mostly obedient to the rhythm, everything else negotiable.
♫ &RY (Henry Baboy)
Brussels club energy touching down in Ghent. As a rising star in the Brussel scene &Ry has been making ravers move and sweat . Rooted in afroclub, house and trancy sounds, he blends deep melodies with grooves beats and rolling percussion. Hypnotic builds. Tight transitions.
Rhythm-forward. Body-led. Heat rising.

Spring celebration, full expression
■ Why spring? ■
Because spring is the season of beginning.
Of experiment.
Of daring to play again.
On the spring equinox, where day and night hold equal space, we invite you to move together, not because you have to, but because you can.
■ Hosts ■
As hosts and guides we curate the space, hold the safety, and invite movement, literally and figuratively.
Brecht Van den Begin: Mover, dancer, singer, and burlesque artist. As the founder of Begin. "Connection in Movement," he aims to create spaces where barriers are lowered to slow down, connect, and move.
Elise Pattyn: As a creative coach, dancer, and mover, Elise brings a wealth of experience in methods for creative connection. Her dynamic energy naturally creates movement in the space. "Extremely loud, incredibly close."
Sam Packet: Movement & dance enthusiast and animal flow teacher, feels at home where movement, play and awareness merge. Vulcano of triggering ideas.
This is a beginning
Losgehen is the starting point of a recurring format.
With growing partnerships.
With more people who want to keep moving through complex times.
