The MYTH Movement is a somatic, movement-based practice that invites people to reconnect with the body as a source of truth, meaning, and inner guidance. Through movement, ritual, and embodied presence, it creates space to remember what is already known and lived within.
How do we figure out what is already known within?
We learn internally listen to the body rather than the myths it has been taught from the external.
A myth is a story, that has some merit to it, yet it is usually not completely true.
We tend to create and/or live in stories like these.
We learn to follow taboes, stigmas and other stories that cage the true self.
Together with The MYTH Movement we will break the chains, set ourselves free, and choose the life we already know we want to live.
