We leven in een tempo waarin presteren en functioneren veel ruimte innemen.
Vertragen, voelen en afstemmen schieten er vaak bij in.
Dat laat zich voelen in eenzaamheid, spanning in relaties en onzekerheid rond nabijheid en grenzen.
We zoeken soms verbinding via socialemedia,
terwijl ons lichaam vaak verlangt naar echte ontmoeting.
Bij Sam&Zijn staat authentiek en belichaamd aanwezig zijn centraal.
In cirkels, opleidingen en individuele momenten oefenen we hoe je contact maakt met jezelf en met anderen, met aandacht voor voelen, grenzen, nabijheid en veiligheid.
Sam&Zijn omvat:
– opleidingen en workshops in Authentic Relating
– cirkels waarin samen zijn en delen centraal staan
– InTouch, een opleiding rond aanraking, veiligheid en afstemming
– individuele Zijns-momenten met gesprek, stilte, adem en aanraking,
waarin je weer kan thuiskomen in je natuurlijke flow
