Mijn naam is Xuan en vanuit Inner Flow by Xuan organiseer ik kleinschalige Kundalini NRGY Awakening sessies waarin aandacht, veiligheid en vertrouwen centraal staan.
Ik geloof dat ieder mens het vermogen heeft om weer in verbinding te komen met zichzelf. Kundalini zie ik als een natuurlijke levensenergie die al in ieder mens aanwezig is. Soms vraagt het alleen om rust, ruimte en een veilige bedding om weer vrijer te kunnen stromen.
Iedere sessie is een uitnodiging om te vertragen, uit je hoofd en terug in het lichaam te komen.
