5Rhythms - Sunday Waves Gent

About the 5Rhythms
The 5Rhythms® movement system is a Trademarked and Intellectually protected practice by Gabrielle Roth, and a way to move our body freely. We deepen our breath through each of the Rhythms:

Flowing
Staccato
Chaos
Lyrical
Stillness

Together, these 5Rhythms® form the Wave®, a natural wave of energy. This format helps us move more fluidly with whatever life brings our way. This for anyone who loves to dance! Everyone is welcome in a 5Rhythms® class, both beginning and experienced dancers.

Bio Clara Cornil - the 5Rhythms teacher
'I was 9 years old when I got into this, and I ve been dancing ever since. I love the 5Rhythms. When my mum couldn’t pay her rent, I danced the 5Rhythms, when I broke up with my boyfriend of 9 years, I danced the 5Rhythms, when I found out I had a disease I'll have for the rest of my life, I danced the 5Rhythms. The 5Rhythms teach me everything - and I want you, whatever age you are, to have this opportunity. May this safe space to dance and feel give you some release too.'
