Hapé Circle with the Jornadas de Kura delegation

Over dit evenement

We are honored to host a Hapé Circle with the Jornadas de Kura delegation during our time around the ICPR conference in the Netherlands.

This will be an intimate educational gathering with Dr. Adana Omágua Kambeba, Bu'ú Kennedy and Dr. Glauber Assis, dedicated to learning, dialogue, and cultural exchange.

*This event is open to all genders.

We will share perspectives on healing, plant medicine traditions, Indigenous cosmologies, and the responsibilities that come with approaching ancestral knowledge in today’s world.

About the ceremony leaders:

Adana Omágua Kambeba (born Danielle Soprano Pereira) is a Brazilian medical doctor, traditional healer (shaman), and member of the Kambeba (Omágua) Indigenous people. She is a pioneering figure known for bridging the gap between Western allopathic medicine and traditional Amazonian healing.

Bu'ú Kennedy is a traditional healer of the Ye'pá Mahsã-Tukano people from the Amazon, born in 1978 in São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Brazil. He is a Yaí wá (jaguar healer) and a practitioner of ancestral blessings. Based in Amsterdam, he works globally as an artist, cultural speaker, and founder of the Uhtabowii Indigenous Institute to promote traditional knowledge, land preservation, and bioeconomy.

Dr. Glauber Loures de Assis is a researcher of sacred plants and their traditions, a Santo Daime Church Leader at his home in Brazil, and a psychedelic dad to 3 children. With his wife Jacqueline he is the Co-Founder of Psychedelic Parenthood Community.

This is not only an invitation to receive. It is an invitation to listen, to learn, and to enter into relationship with greater care.
