Do you have thoughts that go, "I cannot sing," or "My voice doesn't sound good"? Join us to experience this truth: If you have a voice, then you can sing. Your voice is your most sacred instrument and a powerful bridge between our ourselves and the world.

Singing is a wonderfully healing form of self-expression that can lets us connect with our bodies and emotions. As a somatic practice, it releases trapped emotions and rewires the nervous system. And singing in a group acts as a powerful collective nervous system regulator, physically and energetically binding us in a shared, harmonious field.

Everything in the universe is vibration — from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy — including our very thoughts and emotions. The ancients knew this. Sound and music have always been used to heal, to manifest, and to connect with the divine.

Located at the base of your throat, the Vishuddha (throat) chakra is associated with communication, expression, and truth. When in balance, we are able to communicate our thoughts and feelings clearly and honestly. However, if the throat chakra is blocked, we may experience difficulty expressing ourselves, and feel afraid to speak up or to share our true thoughts and feelings.

Every session starts with vocal exercises to warm up the vocal cords, and breathing and meditation techniques to connect with the self. As we sing, we allow ourselves to be guided by the collective. We let go of our inhibitions and simply allow our voices to resonate as they should. We provide the option to microdose with legal truffles.

Together, let us use the power of our voices to heal, liberate, and connect deeply to our own divinity within. All you need is to show up with an open mind and your voice.
