A Night of Flow, Emotion & Connection.
I loved how the evening unfolded — the way it started, the way it ended. Everything had a beautiful flow, almost like a quiet dance between stillness and movement.

During the tea ceremony, I felt calm, grounded, and completely present. There was something deeply connecting about it — not just with the space, but with the people sharing that same energy. 🍵

I had seen tea rituals and Shibari performances online before, but this was my first time experiencing them in person… and honestly, it felt magical.
So intimate, so human, so real.

The woman guiding us through the tea ritual spoke with such grace — her voice and gestures carried meaning and serenity.

And then, the Shibari performance... absolutely breathtaking.
Each pair told a different story — through movement, tension, emotion, and trust. Three performances, three unique energies. I was completely captivated. 🕯️

Everything about that night — the atmosphere, the flow, the emotions — was pure art.
I left feeling peaceful, inspired, and deeply grateful for having witnessed something so intimate and profound. 🌸

What a lovely event! The performances were amazing and very inspiring, the tea was very fitting and a wonderful elevation of the atmosphere. All in all would go again! ♡

Wat een mooie start van de herfst met de mindvolle thee sessie door Leila.
De performance 's daarna in de Shibari waren prachtig. Alledrie verschillend maar zo kundig en intens gedaan. En ook nog een sneltekenaar die de performance's mooi uitdrukte op papier.

It was such a lovely experience. Koos really knows how to facilitate these events and I had a great time. Also the theme hypnosis speaks to me because I am a hypnosis and regression therapist and I could give people some information on hypnosis which I also enjoyed having talks about

Fantastische openingsavond met geweldige performances, shibari, dans, paaldansen … het was echt een top avond. Ook de mocktails en hapjes waren verrukkelijk. En wat fijn dat we nu in Amsterdam zo’n prachtige plek voor shibari hebben

I really enjoyed the variety of performances. The evening was well-organized, beautifully put together from each individual act to the flow of the entire night, and it attracted such a nice crowd!

Very positive experience. Good vibe. I was by myself and it was my first time experiencing something like this and I felt very relaxed and comfortable thoughout the whole journey. Friendly people in the public. Loved how caring the performers were for eachother. There were enough breaks to take care of yourself a bit in between. One thing I would prefer to see if I were to go again is more diversity in the performers. Different ages, (not all skinny female and 20, sorry for my bold way of putting it) and maybe not only male tie-uppers would have enhanced the experience, I do not think less of it as is. Again, very positive experience.

Het event zelf is prachtig gemaakt!!! Big shout out en diepste complimente.
Ik heb mezelf niet in de meditirende zone kunnen brengen doordat ik mij ontsettend stoorde aan de ondraagbare stank van ongewassen/onverzoorgde, zwetende bezoekers. Dus ik duurfde zeker geen diep ademhaling te nemen. Al bij de entree rook ik hoe on-friss mensen waren en de zaal (die te warm is voor deze vevolking) was voor mij net een broeikas van open kimchi. Ook was er een figuur tegenover ons die overduidelijk niet mentaal goed was en ik werd nog meer kriegelig van elke keer dat hij nieuwsgierig naar ons (lesbian couple) keek.

Mijn advies: ondaks de zon schijnt op het raam, open elle ramen om luchtstroom te creëren. Als je die dicht houdt creer je een broeikas. Of koop een ventilator.
Het liefst wil ik zeggen doe een screenining van de bezoekers voor zulke intieme evenementen, zoals ik eerder heb meegemaakt, maar ik snap als dat niet rendabel is voor voor deze..

Deze plek wordt met passie en liefde gecreëerd

A very pleasant mix of a relaxed environment, combined with so many possibilities for play! Nice music, little talk, lots of tying. Comfy mats, availability of some nourishment and warm and welcome people. Visited only once so far, but appears to attract very dedicated practitioners. Certainly plan on revisiting when I can.

Mijn eerste Rope Jam. Heel fijn ontvangen, mooie lokatie, goeie energie, ruimte om te ervaren, kijken en te leren. Misschien ook al zelf knopen, voor nu was het leerzamer om te leren langs de zijlijn. dank jullie wel, goed georganiseerd en wie weet tot een volgende.

The jam was an amazing experience. It feels like going to meet a group of friends, everybody was welcoming, and willing to help (is required) the salon is really cozy, and warm.
