Mijn passie voor klank en kleur, mijn hart voor mensen en mijn verlangen naar eenheid brachten mij op het pad van coaching en healing. Ik geniet ervan om mensen te ondersteunen in een transformerend proces en het liefst doe ik dat op een kunstzinnige manier. Dat kan zijn met klank en sjamanisme, met zacht lichaamswerk of met beeldende technieken. Met mededogen creëer ik een veilige bedding om te ontvangen wat
er is. Daarnaast is de helende kracht van voeding een belangrijk thema in mijn leven. Ik deel graag mijn kennis en ervaringen met macrobiotiek met anderen.
