Yes, it is possible to request an interim payout if the event has not yet started. This is useful if you need to pay costs in advance, such as renting a venue. The interim payout must be at least 50 euros and a maximum of 90% of the event revenue.
Please note that any chargebacks will only be deducted from the event revenue. You may not have sufficient balance for chargebacks if you request a lot of revenue to be paid out in advance.
Follow these steps to request an interim payout:
Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
- Navigate to the relevant event for which you want to request an interim payout.
- Click on the 'Overview' tab.
- Click on the button to request an interim payout.
- Enter the amount you wish to be paid out.
The button to request an interim payout may not be visible for several reasons:
- You are a co-organizer of the event. Only the main organizer can request a (interim) payout.
- A payout has already been scheduled. Once this has been processed, you will have the opportunity to request an interim payout again.
There will always be one final settlement created per event. And that is with the final payout when the event is over.
