Expanding Essence

It was a beautiful way to start the day! Gently warming up the body while also waking up something deeper. This session felt like more than just movement. It helped me activate and release some areas that had been a bit stuck. I left feeling grounded, more open and joyful, deeply connected to my heart.

It’s one of those practices you truly have to experience for yourself, you never know what it might unlock for you, and that’s also what makes it so special.

For me this flow yoga is really about having the possibility to feel my body. Tosca guides you with care and love and gives all the space to feel your body and adjust the asana’s to your body ‘s needs. After it I felt so serene and relaxed. A wonderful flow this is!

The feminine flow is about totally being in your body and flowing with your energy. Tosca is guiding you with presence for you in the sequence of the asana's and at the same time giving your all the space to do it your own way. As you go through those asana's I really could adjust them to what my body felt.
So different when I am at another yoga school and feel sometimes rushed to stay up with the group. Afterwards during the remainder of the day I felt rested and in slow down. A lovely experience.

It was a pleasure to be a part of this woman's circle. It was my first time to attend a woman's circle and it was a very safe space.I felt heard and appreciated. I also enjoyed giving others the space they needed. This was a very nice experience and I would definitely reccomend for others.

Tosca runs these Women Circles with an incredible presence, patience, and intuitive empathy. She holds a safe space for everybody without overdoing it or trying to control the outcome. This was my first circle so I had absolutely no clue what to expect and I was even a little bit skeptical. I had no idea how impactful it can be to sit around with other women, to all sync, and be open with each other. The things that came up for me were very interesting, beautiful, and afterwards there is a sense of relief, solidarity, and frankly just that feeling of sisterhood which I thought only exists with my own personal friends. It's also lovely to drink some tea afterwards with the group and connect a little bit more, I also did not expect to want that, but it's great; however, nothing is mandatory!! You can also just sit, observe, feel, share, and go back and relax in your own home :). Five stars for sure 😊🥰
