Exploring the Essentials of Ceremonial Cacao

*For who?

This workshop is meant for people who have little to no experience at all with ceremonial Cacao and would like to start their own path with it. To help you on your own inner journey of healing and self-discovering.

Start integrating Cacao to your own routine, meditation, or frequent practice.


*What does it include?

We will start from the basics, sharing important information about the roots of Cacao and its benefits on all our bodies. Learning a bit about its history and traditions, differences with modern practices and how you can integrate it for yourself in your own way into your practice, while keeping respect to the ancestral ways and practices too.



Main recipes and contraindications will be shared, as well as important considerations when choosing a type of ceremonial Cacao.



We will make our own Cacao at the end, drinking it together to set our intentions through a guided meditation.

There will be space at the end for sharing any chant, song or prayer coming from the heart as well as for questions & answers.

>50-100grs of toasted Cacao seeds

>250 grs or more of ceremonial Cacao paste

>Rest of ingredients and further details will be sent upon registration.
