Winter Sound Bath: Blue Lotus Connection & Energy Healing

Over dit evenement

In The Heart of The Winter
Sound Bath (Gong & Crystal Bowls), Blue Lotus Connection & Energy Healing

As we are in the darker and colder time of the year. We are now allowing the winter to invites us to turn inward, to rest &
(re)connect.
Join us for an evening of sound, ritual and deep release, to naviguate this winter season.

How this special Winter Sound Bath might look like:

- Grounding & welcoming meditation
We arrive & settle into our bodies

- Blue Lotus connection & ritual
A sacred moment with the Blue Lotus
The Blue Lotus is a sacred flower with a long spiritual history. In ancient Egypt, it was a symbol of rebirth, rising from dark waters each morning to open toward the light. It has long been associated with the third eye, the centre of intuition, inner sight and spiritual perception.
In this ritual, we call on her wisdom to awaken the third eye & lift the veil between worlds.
The Blue lotus let you see beyond what the eyes can show. This is a moment to meet, listen and trust your intuition.
