12h30 Cocooning: The Art of Feeling Good
Drawing inspiration from somatic approaches to movement, this workshop invites you to slow down, tune into your body and discover the pleasure of moving. Through guided explorations, we’ll explore sensations of comfort, support, tension and release, creating our own cozy cocoons along the way. Please bring a duvet cover (without the duvet!) to build your own cocoon.

13:50 Hot choco break
14:10 Partnering: The Art of Keeping Warm
Discover how movement can bring us closer and keep us warm. Through playful dance improvisation, we’ll explore musicality, rhythm and connection with others. We’ll experiment with listening, responding and creating movement together. No partner needed to join!
