Calm’s Couples Date Night

Het leven kan soms heel vol zijn. Werk, studie, familie, vrienden, sport, hobbies, huishouden, huisdieren, kinderen... Waar vind je dan nog tijd voor samen zijn? Waar ga je heen met je lief om even echt te verbinden voorbij een etentje, avondje bios of Netflixen thuis op de bank?

Naar The Calm Company dus.

Elke kwartaal hosten Guido en Jasmijn AVONDJE UIT- een avond IN verbinding (NAAM?) voor koppels.

Een date night waar echte verbinding met je lief centraal staat. Waar jullie elkaar weer even echt zien, en horen. Waar je misschien wel nieuwe stukjes van je lief leert kennen, of van jezelf ontdekt.

Met eenvoudige oefeningen, een vleugje humor en ontspanning verdiep je jullie band en blijf je jullie relatie de aandacht geven die het nodig heeft.

Guido en Jasmijn zijn:
12 jaar verliefd
11 jaar businesspartners en co-ouders van Guido's 3 tiener kids.
10 jaar getrouwd
8 jaar ouders van hun dochter Mia
En nog steeds verliefd!

Ze hebben geleerd hun relatie de aandacht te geven die het nodig heeft en verdiend. En hoe ze hun liefde prioriteit geven in een vol, druk leven.

Yogamatten en meditatiekussens zijn aanwezig. Ook kun je voor en na de sessie genieten van koffie, thee en water.

Wat trek je aan?
Comfortabele kleding waarin je gemakkelijk kunt zitten en ontspannen.

Kom je met de auto?
Parkeren kan in de buurt van The Calm Company. De dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage is:

• Parkeergarage Breestraat / Hoogvliet Centrum – Kaardesteeg 11, op korte loopafstand van The Calm Company.
• Parkeergarage Garenmarkt – Korevaarstraat 15, eveneens op loopafstand.

Omdat Leiden een autoluwe binnenstad heeft, raden we aan om indien mogelijk met de fiets of het openbaar vervoer te komen. Parkeerplaatsen in de binnenstad zijn beperkt en betaald.

Life can get pretty full. Work, studies, family, friends, sports, hobbies, household chores, pets, children... Where do you find the time to simply be together? Where do you go with your partner to truly reconnect, beyond dinner dates, a night at the cinema or another evening of Netflix on the couch?

Well, The Calm Company, of course.

Every quarter, Guido and Jasmijn host a special evening for couples: an evening out, with a focus on connection.

A date night where genuine connection takes centre stage. A space where you can truly see and hear each other again. Where you might discover new sides of your partner, or learn something new about yourself.

Through simple exercises, a touch of humour and moments of relaxation, you'll deepen your connection and give your relationship the time and attention it deserves.

Meet Guido & Jasmijn
12 years in love
11 years as business partners and co-parents to Guido's three teenage children
10 years married
8 years as parents to their daughter Mia
And still very much in love!

Over the years, they've learned how to give their relationship the attention it needs and deserves, and how to make their love a priority amidst a full and busy life.

During these special Date Night evenings at The Calm Company, they'll share some of what they've learned along the way.

Whether you've been together for a few months or many years, this evening is an opportunity to reconnect, laugh together and consciously invest in your relationship.

Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided. You can also enjoy coffee, tea and water before and after the session.

What should you wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and relax with ease.

Coming by car?
Parking is available near The Calm Company. The closest parking garages are:

Breestraat / Hoogvliet Centrum Parking Garage – Kaardesteeg 11, a short walk from The Calm Company.
Garenmarkt Parking Garage – Korevaarstraat 15, also within walking distance.

As Leiden has a car-restricted city centre, we recommend travelling by bicycle or public transport if possible. Parking spaces in the city centre are limited and paid.
