Bringing Back the Soul — Shamanic Techniques for Inner Healing

Explore the world of shamanic healing in this four-hour, experiential workshop in Brussels.

Discover the shamanic understanding of soul retrieval and its relationship to trauma, explore life force and power animals, and learn how shamanic traditions approach dreams and the inner world. Through practical exercises, shared reflection and a guided shamanic journey with the drum, you'll have the opportunity to experience some of these concepts firsthand.

This workshop is for curious individuals interested in personal development and reconnecting with their inner resources, as well as psychologists, therapists, coaches and bodyworkers interested in exploring shamanic perspectives.

Whether you're discovering shamanism for the first time or already have some experience, you're welcome to join. No prior knowledge is required.

The workshop is facilitated by Eirini Kapsidou (Sunbird), whose approach draws on nearly three decades of engagement with shamanic traditions, personal practice and training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.

All practices are substance-free. This is an introductory educational and experiential workshop, not professional training in shamanic healing.
