When did you last have time that didn’t belong to anything? No task, no plan, nobody waiting for an answer.

Most of our days are spent functioning. Underneath, some things rarely get their turn: what you sense, what your inner voice is saying, what wants to be marked, shared or simply received.

human.hours is a monthly evening for exactly that. Ninety minutes to step out of the rush and meet what is there, in you, in the group and in the moment.

Every evening has its own theme and its own flow. The frame stays the same: a small group, a quiet room and a guided evening with space for whatever you discover along the way.

Guided by Jemma (Manushya, Body & Energy Work)
My path runs through bodywork, energy work and ritual. In human.hours I bring them together: I hold the frame and guide each evening, while giving what arises the time to find its form.
