Over dit evenement
✨What happens when we give the body space to move, express, connect and come alive?✨
✨What if you could finally let go of what you’ve been holding, connect to your own aliveness, experience resonance with others — and reorganise your nervous system, all in ONE journey?✨
Welcome to R.O.A.R.
Part movement. Part sound. Part science.
All soul.
A Nervous System Reorganisation through Movement, Connection & Live Sound
🔹ROAR is not ecstatic dance, tantra, a dance class or a traditional sharing workshop.
🔹It is a facilitated embodied nervous system journey through movement, breath, voice, relational experiences, collective expression and live sound.
And unlike a space where you’re simply invited to move freely, ROAR has a carefully facilitated arc.
🔹Through specific sound frequency, movement and breath, you will be guided through the different energy centres (chakras) in the body, opening you up to experience connection to yourself and to others more deeply.
ROAR is an offering to experience the power of that connection when it is born from a collective energy.
No movement experience is needed.
.
✨The journey✨
R.O.A.R follows a deliberate nervous system arc:
Resource · Open · Attune · Release · Reorganise
🔸We begin by arriving, grounding and connecting to the body. From there, movement, breath, rhythm and sound gradually build.
🔸Collective rhythm has always been part of our lineage, helping us bond, belong, heal and survive.
When we move, breathe and sound together, the room begins to move like one nervous system, attuning, responding, influencing.
What is released by one can give another permission to express.
What is embodied by one can awaken something in another.
🔸Through somatic and guided embodied relational practices, we explore different ways of experiencing ourselves: first individually, then in connection with another, and eventually as part of the wider group.
🔹The journey moves between individuality and togetherness, intensity and softness, expression and stillness, creating opportunities for release before returning towards settling and integration.
The sound of R.O.A.R
Alongside Lâma Nasser, musicians and spiritual teachers Michael Atlantis and Alan Vandermosten create the live sonic landscape of ROAR.
Working intuitively with rhythm, resonance, voice and instruments from different sound traditions, they don’t simply play for the room. They respond to it.
✨Movement and sound become a conversation✨
The journey ends in a 45 minute immersive live sound journey, allowing everything that has moved to settle and integrate.
ROAR for yourself
ROAR with each other
ROAR for the collective
What to bring:

꩜ A water bottle
꩜ Something warm for the closing sound bath.
Your guides:
▫️Lâma Nasser
Embodied Coach · Somatic Therapist · Movement Teacher
Lâma’s work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic therapy, movement and embodied transformation. With over two decades of experience teaching movement, she brings together trauma informed practice, Somatic EMDR, Applied Polyvagal Theory, Core Energy Coaching™, mindfulness, yoga, Pilates and embodiment practice to create experiences that move beyond intellectual understanding and into the body. Her work is rooted in helping people build the capacity to move through intensity without losing themselves, reconnecting to inner truth, agency, authentic expression, resilience and aliveness.
▫️Michael Atlantis
Musicians · Spiritual Teacher
Michael Atlantis is a handpan artist, sound healing facilitator, and spiritual philosopher, bridging Eastern and Western wisdom traditions. Initiated into various spiritual practices, including shamanism, Druidism, Zen Buddhism, and Reiki (Master level), he weaves ancient wisdom, music, and personal transformation into immersive sound journeys. For Michael, Atlantis is a metaphor for the forgotten wisdom within us all — an invitation to rediscover our true nature, reconnect with ourselves, and bring a little more magic into the modern world.
▫️Alan Vandermosten
Musicians · Spiritual Teacher
Alan works with sound as a living, responsive experience. Drawing on rhythm, resonance, voice, instruments and sound traditions from around the world, he creates immersive sonic landscapes that evolve with the energy of the room. Within ROAR, his music is not only woven into the journey, it attunes to what is alive in the room, responding to it in real time- supporting grounding, activation, expression and connection before carrying the group into the closing 45 minute sound immersion.
**ROAR is an empowering, trauma-aware practice that honours both strength and sensitivity. Expression may arise through movement, breath, sound, stillness, or quiet presence.
You are always in choice.
No previous experience required. All bodies welcome 🤍
