Cosmic consciousness - online in English

Over dit evenement

Cosmic consciousness = unity consciousness.

We are not alone in the universe.
We never have been.
We're not the most evolved species - by far.
Just here on earth, there's so much more conscious life than we may believe.
The earth itself is alive.
The universe is alive.
Everything is a manifestation of consciousness.
Of the divine spark.
God is in everything.
God is everything.
We are god.

How does this resonate with you?
Let’s talk about it, together.
By openly sharing what we feel.
Sharing experiences and insights.
Without any kind of debate.
Without any need to convince others of our truth.
In a circle of light.

* circle of light *

A circle of light is literally a circle of light that we create together. It's a beautiful way to anchor and expand the energy of the new world. I facilitate the group, but it is a circle — no one's in charge. This is how energy flows, this is how the light comes in: by connecting, letting go, opening up. Open heart, open mind.

* what to expect *

What are we going to do?
- A short meditation
- Sharing experiences
- Visualization exercises or other

We'll will spend about an hour and a half grounding ourselves, settling in, sharing what's on our minds, asking questions—whatever feels right. This is a safe place. Nothing's weird, there are no stupid questions.

We start with an opening meditation to ground and center ourselves, followed by a sharing circle. We then build upon what is shared, unfold & unpack, continuing the conversation from there. We may conclude with an additional exercise — just what we feel like, what comes up.

Visualization, for instance, is a wonderful exercise to start imagining what open connection could look like. This helps us become aware of our fears — which is just to show us where we still cling to outdated beliefs. It helps gain clarity on where we, collectively, want things to go. This is how we unfold the new world: together. We create our own reality.

Sessions evolve highly intuitive, in alignment with the field — as everything & always.
