10 Million Times Day – A Meditation of Remembrance & New Beginnings

Over dit evenement

Honour the past. Release what no longer serves you. Make space for the life you wish to create.

Join us on All Saints’ Day for a special heart-centred meditation. We will honour our ancestors, gently release old patterns and set positive intentions for the future, embracing the spiritual significance of the 10 Million Times Day as an opportunity to amplify our positive intentions and welcome new possibilities.

During this 90-minute session, we will:

🕯️ Honour our ancestors by lighting a candle in loving remembrance of those who came before us.

🦋 Release the old by gently letting go of limiting beliefs and emotional burdens.

✨ Visualise our desired future and the life we wish to create.

💛 Set positive intentions and open our hearts to new possibilities.

Take this time for yourself to reconnect with your heart, honour your roots and consciously direct your energy towards the future you wish to create.
