FIRE INITIATION + FIRE JAM

Over dit evenement

Have you been wanting to dance with fire but don't know where to start? Do you already have a fire prop but feel nervous about using it safely? Or would you simply love to discover the world of Flow Arts, Fire Dance and its community?
You're at the perfect spot!

Flow arts allows you to sink into your body, slow down, and unwind for a while.
It is a beautiful way to develop spatial awareness and to learn to move freely and with joy.

Sianaflow has been passioante about Flow Arts for 7 years. As a multi-prop fire & LED performer, she gathered much knowledge about the do's and don't of flowing professionally.

During this fire safety workshop, she'll cover what you need to know to start fire dancing. Expect a revision of the basics of fire safety, followed by practical exercices and fun movements during a group fire jam on music.

With this foundation, you'll be able to develop your own fire flow, sink into your body, slow down, and connect with the fire element within you. Discover the joy of expressing yourslef through fire dance!

Do you want to try out a flow burn with a fire hoop? Make sure to follow the fire hoop moves the same day!

Or do you simply want to come and jam after the workshops?
