After a beautiful first edition, we warmly welcome you back this November, as we come together again in a new season.

There are many ways we try to change the way we feel. But what happens when we discover that our own body can take us there?

Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to experience movement without choreography, conversation or expectation. For a few hours, we allow the music to lead and the thinking mind to soften.

Through movement, our state can begin to shift. Energy moves. The body opens. We can experience joy, release, freedom, connection and even moments of bliss without needing anything outside of ourselves to create them.

A Different Kind of High is an invitation to experience that together.
No dance experience is needed. There is nothing to perform and no right way to move.
Simply come as you are, follow what you feel, and allow the music to take you somewhere.

Breathe. Love. Move. Connect. Dance.
