In Nordics, Ruska is the magical time of autumn when nature transforms into shades of gold, amber and deep red.

A season of change.
A season of letting go.
A season that invites us to slow down and turn inward.

Inspired by the stillness and beauty of the Nordic autumn, I invite you to a two-hour journey of movement, deep rest and sound.

We begin with Gentle Yoga — slow, accessible movements to soften the body, release tension and calm the nervous system.

From movement, we transition into stillness with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation associated with NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) — allowing body and mind to enter a state of conscious, deep rest.

And finally, there is nothing left to do…

Simply lie back, receive and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of a beautiful Sound Bath.

No yoga experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
