To be authentic means to align your values, needs and desires with the way you act and express yourself. Authentic Relating is a relational practice. This means we practice in a group setting. Our evenings are designed to support and nourish deep human connection, while inviting full and honest self-expression.
We do this by following the following five core practices:

-Honor Self and Others

We host this event as a community. Meaning, hosts can vary per evening and we hold space as a group, to practice together. Our community welcomes beginners, experienced practitioners, everything in between and beyond.
