Mantra Circle - Trusting yourself

About this event

This evening invites grounding and inner stability as the days grow darker. We begin with breath awareness and gentle humming to settle the nervous system.

Have you ever felt drawn to singing, but didn't know where to begin?

Or perhaps you miss the simple joy of using your voice, to connect with yourself and others.

The Mantra Circle is a gentle and accessible introduction to the world of mantra, voice and meditation. No singing experience is needed. You do not need a "good voice". Curiosity and openness are enough.

Through simple melodies and repetitive chants, we explore how sound can calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and create a sense of connection and presence.

Together we create a safe and welcoming space where every voice is welcome.
