A workshop in a small safe space. There are only 4 poles, that means there will be a lot of interaction and time for everyone <3! Learn the basic sensual pole dance moves on heels. Learn to express yourself and to feel confident. This workshop also included sensual meditation, self love affirmations and sensual exercises.
