About this event

On Saturday July 18th, we’re bringing our much-loved Forest Sound Baths from Amsterdam into the deep forests of the Veluwe for an extra special XL edition.

A deeply nourishing sound journey in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of the Netherlands, guided by the sounds of gongs, handpan, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and the natural rhythms of the forest itself.

We'll meet at a 5:30pm, so we can slowly make our way to our secluded forest spot and begin the journey at 6pm together.

We’ll gather in a spacious, quiet place beneath the trees, surrounded by birdsong, fresh forest air, and the gentle presence of nature. From here, you’ll be invited to lie down, soften, and allow yourself to be carried by sound.

Our forest gathering is easily REACHABLE by PUBLIC TRANSPORT and free parking is also available.

This XL Forest Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down completely. To pause from the noise of daily life, reconnect with your body, and drift into a deeper state of rest.

Unlike a regular studio sound bath, this experience takes place fully immersed in nature. The forest becomes part of the soundscape. The wind, the trees, the birds, and the instruments all weave together into one spacious, grounding journey.

Expect a dreamy and deeply relaxing experience, with a rich and layered soundscape created through:

The natural sounds of the Veluwe forest

No experience with meditation, yoga, or sound healing is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
