About this event

I've always loved the ocean.
Walking barefoot.
The smell of rain.
The breeze on my skin.
Music that makes my body want to move.
I've always loved experiencing life through my senses.
I just never called it sensuality.
To me, sensuality isn't something sexual.
It's a way of inhabiting life.
A way of experiencing the world through the body.
A way of feeling deeply connected to ourselves, to nature, and to the simple pleasure of being alive.

That is the inspiration behind HER Return – To the Senses.
An intimate women's embodiment workshop where we'll explore this way of experiencing life through our bodies.
Through dance.
Through movement.
Through breath.
Through presence.

As we reconnect with our senses, we naturally reconnect with our sensuality.
Not the kind we've been taught to perform.
But the kind that arises when we feel at home in our bodies.

No dance experience is needed.

Just bring yourself.
