Welcome to the community! This is a POC Healing Community, check us out on Instagram @Melaninandmantra.

Join for our third session at the Love Sakura Stories bookstore.


You will need a mat, a bottle of water, a journal, a pen & something warm (a blanket or towel).

The theme is duality, finding
balance through action and non-action.This session is a YinYang approach. After the physical Yoga Session, there will be guided Yoga Nidra, connecting you to the space within you. We will close with guided introspection.

This a balanced approach to Yoga practice where half of the session will be Flow, and the other half will be Yin. During the flow we will create heat in the body through fluid movements, later finding stillness in longer held poses commencing our Yin. Closing by stepping into a guided
Yoga Nidra, Introspection & a creative chat over a yummy beverage.
