About this event

For (Pre) intermediate level | Sensual & Edge pole

In a small group with 5 poles (a lot of interaction) I will teaching a choreography about reclaiming your goddess energy on a affirmations song and a tribal song. The workshop also included a sensual exercise, affirmations moment meditation and the technique. At the end we perform it for each other and you can film your part. This workshop is for polers who know how to use the move: chair and carousel.
