This intimate seasonal gathering is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm through ritual, sound, and mindful presence.

Held inside Mahara’s beautiful yurt, a hidden sanctuary in the heart of Amsterdam where the pace of the city gently softens, we create a space where the outside world begins to fade and the nervous system is invited to settle.

We begin with a seasonal herbal infusion, followed by a gentle exploration into the science and ritual of deep rest; offering simple insights into how sound, ritual, and small daily practices can gently support nervous system regulation and cultivate deeper rest.

From there, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated sound journey with therapeutic instruments, creating space for deep rest, quiet reflection, and inner restoration.

To continue the journey beyond the workshop, you’ll receive a beautifully designed journal, created exclusively for this Summer Edition of The Art of Deep Rest. Within its pages you’ll find reflections, gentle rituals, and simple practices to help weave moments of deep rest into everyday life.
