About this event

Contact Improvisation is an interactive movement practise which uses the fundamentals of sharing weight, finding balance and attunement. In this form we aim to develop sensitivity to our own and others movements and how they can relate harmoniously to each other.

I will host a playful class that is beginner friendly, in which we go over some of the key elements that allow us to improvise safely and freely with others.
