Dear Soul 🌟,

This Saturday morning we will connect to our Creative and Mindful energy sources through the microdosing of mushrooms and Ceremonial Cacao. We will do this while being immersed in a natural environment, and while listening to medicinal music.

🌿 Microdosing Mushrooms typically involves taking a very small, sub-perceptual dose, enough to subtly influence mood and cognition without producing a full psychedelic experience. This can enhance your creativity by increasing mental flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to make novel connections between ideas. After microdosing, you may feel more open-minded, inspired, and less constrained by habitual thought patterns, which can support creative problem-solving and artistic expression.

🌿 Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of the cacao beans and is traditionally consumed in rituals and meditative settings for more emotional openness, connection, and reflective awareness. We will drink this heart-opening cup to open our hearts and to paint/draw from our soul, instead of for external confirmation or likes.

🌿 We will be making art on paper, using watercolor pencils and markers. Paint or draw what is alive for you now. There are no limits to your potential inner artist!

🌿 I will serve some herbal tea and some snacks to keep us energized until the end of this event. You are free to bring some goodies too.

👁‍🗨Dóra La Cuidadora 👁‍🗨 is a facilitator of ancestral plant medicines and a transformational coach, living most of the time on Fuerteventura. She is the founder of the Psychedelic Association Fuerteventura and the almost-yearly ocurring Fuertedélica conference. After more than 10 years working as a researcher, she now bridges the gap between the perspectives of ancestral medicine and modern science. She completed her PhD in Biological Psychiatry in 2016 and has worked in the fields of psycho-oncology, psychedelics, and mental health for another 6 years. She is also the mother of three children, her greatest physical and spiritual guides.
