Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process is a powerful energetic experience that supports the awakening of your life force energy—the natural current of vitality, awareness, and intelligence that flows through all living things.

My name is Lilia, and if there is one thing I have learned through life, it is that we all carry far more potential, strength, and light within us than we often realize. I have always been fascinated by people, their stories, their struggles, their dreams, and most of all, their ability to transform. There is something truly beautiful about witnessing a person reconnect with themselves and begin to live from a place of authenticity.

Over the years, I found my path in holistic and energetic therapy. Not because I believe someone needs fixing, but because I believe many of us have simply drifted away from who we truly are. Life happens. We adapt, protect ourselves, and sometimes lose touch with the essence of who we came here to be. My work is about helping people find their way back. I use various energetic and holistic techniques, creating space where healing, awareness, and transformation can naturally unfold. A space where you can let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and discover new possibilities for your life. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing someone step into a version of themselves that feels lighter, freer, more confident, and more aligned with their heart. I believe that our authentic self is the most precious gift we have.

When we reconnect with that part of ourselves, life begins to flow differently. We make different choices. We feel more at peace. We start living a life that truly reflects who we are. For me, this journey is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to yourself.

If you cancel at least 3 days before the class, you will receive a refund in the form of class credit to use for future classes.

• Cancellations Less Than 3 days in Advance
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 3 days of the event. If you have a class pass or drop-in ticket, you will lose a class.
