Nature Reconnect: Step Into Rembrandtpark

Take a break from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the forest of Rembrandtpark through a sequence of playful, mindful, and creative experiences.

Together we'll explore silent forest walks, collaborative nature art, sensory exercises, partner activities, and moments of gratitude.

The event starts at 11:00 o’clock, please try to be on time! The program is as follows:
- Welcome check-in
- Co-creating Forest Art
- Lunch break (free light lunch & drinks!)
- Blindfold Nature Walk
- Information exchange
- Check-out

Inspired by The Work That Reconnects, this event invites you to slow down, deepen your connection with nature, yourself, and others, and experience the forest in a new way.

At the end of the programme, we'll share opportunities to continue this journey through the local Active Hope group and internationally, Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses.

No previous experience is needed! Just curiosity and clothes suitable for spending time outdoors.
