We beginnen met theorie over de hart chakra.
We drinken een kopje ceremoniële cacao om ons hart te openen en te helen, meer van onszelf te houden. We mediteren met de cacao en voelen waar we nog kunnen helen en zachter worden voor onszelf.
We doen yoga asanas om de hartchakra te openen.
En zelf massage, om de hart regio te openen.
