The Soft Landing – Waar rust ruimte krijgt.

In een wereld die steeds sneller lijkt te draaien, nodig ik je uit om even te vertragen.

The Soft Landing is een warme klankbeleving waarin je niets hoeft te doen, niets hoeft te bereiken en gewoon mag zijn. Een moment om de drukte van de dag achter je te laten en lichaam en geest de kans te geven tot rust te komen.

De sessie begint met een zachte begeleide aankomst in het lichaam. Van daaruit mag je ontspannen en je laten dragen door de klanken. Er is geen juiste of verkeerde manier om een Sound Bath te beleven. Je bent welkom zoals je bent.

Draag comfortabele kleding en kom zoals je bent. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor de sessie is aanwezig.

Ik kijk ernaar uit om je te verwelkomen en samen even te landen.
