Conscious Dating is a warm, guided evening where meeting new people feels natural, easy and authentic. A space where you can relax, be yourself, and connect beyond the usual first-date conversations.

No speed dating.

No awkward pick-up lines.

Instead, you'll be guided through a series of simple and engaging interactions designed to help you meet others in a genuine way. As the evening unfolds, conversations deepen naturally and meaningful connections have the opportunity to emerge.

This is a strictly substance-free space. The most genuine connections happen when we show up fully as ourselves — clear and present.

✦ FAQs

🌿 Female/male ratio? We do our best to create a balanced mix of men and women. That means that we only sell the same amount of tickets as there are sign ups from the opposite gender. And then we have a waiting list, opening more tickets in the order of sign ups.

🌿 Will there be physical touch? Some activities may involve gentle, consensual touch — nothing is obligatory, everything is explained beforehand.

🌿 Is the workshop in English? The facilitation is in English and you are free to do the exercises in Flemish if that is easier for you.

✦ Cancellation policy

Non-refundable, but transferable to someone of the same gender. Just let us know their name.

This space is held by Sara — dating and relationship coach with Finnish and German roots, splitting her time between Berlin and Belgium. With over a decade of experience in conscious relating and authentic connection, she creates warm, relaxed environments where people can meet each other genuinely and at ease. Her approach is gentle, present and welcoming.
