🌺 Dear nature-loving soul 🍃,
Are you ready to take time for yourself within a group? Close to a train station but in nature? In communion with other souls but in silence? Moving your body through the green?
Together, I would like to invite you to open the door to yourself using a minidosis of Truffles and Ceremonial Cacao, and to make a beautiful walk together.
🌿 Minidosing truffles involves taking a dose that is larger than a microdose yet smaller than a full psychedelic journey. At this level, the effects are usually noticeable but remain gentle enough to allow for reflection and engagement with the surrounding environment.
Many people use minidosing as a tool for self-discovery, to soften habitual thought patterns, to increase emotional awareness, and to create space to observe oneself with greater honesty and compassion. Insights about personal values, relationships, life direction, and emotional blocks may arise.
In nature, minidosing can deepen the sense of connection with the living world. Colors, textures, sounds, and natural rhythms often feel more vivid and meaningful. This heightened awareness may foster a sense of belonging, gratitude, and interconnectedness, helping individuals feel more present and grounded in their environment.
For those seeking inner peace, minidosing may encourage a temporary quieting of mental chatter and a greater capacity to rest in the present moment. Many describe feeling emotionally lighter, more accepting of themselves, and more attuned to feelings of wonder, awe, and contentment.
🌿 Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of the cacao beans and is traditionally consumed in rituals and meditative settings for more emotional openness, connection, and reflective awareness. We will drink this heart-opening cup to open our hearts and to paint/draw from our soul, instead of for external confirmation or likes.
🌿 We will be walking mindfully, meditating, journaling if needed, or simply sitting quietly in nature. This will happen in an area in the neighbourhood of Utrecht (exact location will be sent to you later). This will not be about making many km's nor racing, but more about the mindfulness of walking.
🌿 I will serve some herbal tea and some snacks to keep us energized until the end of this event. You are free to bring some goodies too.

👁🗨Dóra La Cuidadora 👁🗨 is a facilitator of ancestral plant medicines and a transformational coach, living most of the time on Fuerteventura. She is the founder of the Psychedelic Association Fuerteventura and the almost-yearly ocurring Fuertedélica conference. After more than 10 years working as a researcher, she now bridges the gap between the perspectives of ancestral medicine and modern science. She completed her PhD in Biological Psychiatry in 2016 and has worked in the fields of psycho-oncology, psychedelics, and mental health for another 6 years. She is also the mother of three children, her greatest physical and spiritual guides.
