Luminous Resting Sanctuary: Yoga Nidra, Sound Journey & Ethereal Vocals is a restorative evening designed to help you step out of constant “on-mode” and settle into quiet, presence, and deep rest.

The session is guided by Rebecca Selena, a yoga guide, sound practitioner, and vocalist who creates a calm, safe atmosphere for deep rest and inner connection.

What to Expect
This fully guided, beginner-friendly experience invites you to shift from doing into being.
- Slow, grounding movements close to the floor to release tension and help the body settle (accessible for every body).
- Elements of Yoga Nidra, an effortless practice of deep rest that soothes the nervous system and quiets the mind.
- A sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Rebecca’s ethereal vocals to create a calm, supportive atmosphere.
The evening is designed to bring you back to a quieter, more spacious place within.
