This edition invites you into an immersive yin yang journey inspired by the healing rhythm of water, which is fluid, intuitive, expansive, and deeply restorative. Surrounded by underwater projections and enveloped in sound of live electronic techno music, we will move through a carefully curated flow designed to reconnect you to breath, sensation, and inner stillness.
Expect soft waves of movement, grounding moments of pause, and an atmosphere that encourages release, presence, and emotional flow. Like the ocean, the practice moves between strength and surrender, guiding you back to yourself through breath, energy, and gentle immersion.

An evening to soften, expand, and simply float for a while.
