But in the moments that matter, when you feel seen, challenged, desired, vulnerable, or asked to trust, your body reacts before your mind can intervene.

This workshop helps you meet those reactions where they begin: in the body. So instead of repeating the same protective patterns, you can stay present, open, and connected in real contact with others.

- What this workshop is -

SoulKonnect Reveal is a half-day, in-person, body-based group workshop, the entry point into the SoulKonnect Method: *Reveal · Release · Repattern*.

Across one afternoon, you'll:

- Slow down and notice what's actually happening in your body during real connection & real triggers.
- See your specific reaction / pattern show up live, through guided partner and group practices, in a safe and structured space
- Experience Douceur, a guided partner dance practice — where you explore different qualities and depths of connection through movement, not just talk about it
- Get a tangible taste of releasing the emotional charge behind that pattern
- Practice a new response, a felt reference point you can return to and build on

Register with one person in each practice role (leading/following) Roles are not gender-based. Anyone can register in either role. You do not need to be a couple. Friends, colleagues, or practice partners are welcome.
This ticket helps us maintain a balanced group for the partner exercises.
