Where am I in my journey abroad?

Moving to a new country begins with excitement . New streets, new possibilities, a new version of you.


But soon, the emotional waves arrive: frustration with the unknown, loneliness in the silence, confusion about your identity, and the constant question: “Who am I here?”


Discover is the first step of the Conquer Me journey, a safe, intimate workshop where international women explore the relationship they have with themselves in this new chapter of life.

To support this process, we gather for two calm, nourishing hours in a Balinese garden, where you can relax, breathe, and simply be yourself.


You’ll enjoy a high tea with biological food, warm flavors, and options for all dietary needs, a gentle moment of care while connecting with women who understand your journey.


In this session, you will:
Explore your routine — what grounds you, what drains you, and what needs to shift

Understand your triggers — the emotional reactions shaped by change, uncertainty, and cultural transition

Reconnect with your self‑image — who you were, who you are now, and who you’re becoming

Listen to your inner dialogue — the stories you tell yourself, and how they shape your confidence

Observe your surroundings — how your environment influences your emotions and sense of belonging

Meet your best version — the woman you want to rise into during your life abroad


This workshop helps you identify the type of relationship you have with yourself, so you can begin your journey feeling grounded, supported, and emotionally understood.
